Shipping locations

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

 

Order processing time

All orders are processed and dispatched the next business day. 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

 

Delivery Timeframes

•                New Zealand orders: 1–3 business days after dispatch
•                Rural deliveries: Please allow an additional 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier service.

 

Shipping confirmation & tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

 

Incorrect address details

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

 

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather events, or public holidays.
